What services do you offer as a wedding planner?
I don't focus exclusively on weddings. All events follow the same underlying process. Once there are more than three service providers to manage, I handle the research, coordination, and management. All services are possible in the conception and organization of an event. I am here to listen to you for everything. You are the client, the decision-maker, and my mission is to fulfill your wishes. My services are detailed on the "Services" page, but you can also send me all your requests via the contact form or email.

What is your working method and how do you ensure communication with clients throughout the planning process?
I start with a 30 minute phone call to understand your specific needs. Since each wedding is unique, I then send you a personalized quote within 48 hours. Once the quote is signed, we schedule a meeting lasting 1 to 1.5 hours to collaboratively define the specifications and establish the event's theme.
Following this meeting, you will receive an estimated budget and thematic proposal. Subsequently, I share a Google Drive folder with you, including Google Sheets. This allows you to track in real-time all my actions, budget management, and project timeline. Transparency is my goal, and I understand your desire to know where your money is going. Therefore, I maintain a detailed file of all activities performed.
Of course, I don't exclusively work on just one event; otherwise, the cost would be much higher. It's normal if you don't hear from me for 5 to 6 days. However, I remain available via WhatsApp for any text-based inquiries to keep a record of our exchanges. Depending on the chosen service, regular updates are scheduled every six weeks.

What are your prices?
My pricing ranges from €200 to €4000. No price is fixed because each quote is based on the time required to make your wish achievable. I do not take a percentage of your budget, but there is a correlation between a high-budget event, requiring numerous service providers, and a higher quote. This is due to the increased time needed for research and coordination, rather than a percentage of your budget. For example, an intimate wedding with 40 guests will require less time and therefore be less expensive than an event hosting 150 guests.

How is the payment handled?
The payment is made in installments after an initial deposit of 20% of the quote upon signing. The remainder is divided into monthly payments for services involving total or partial wedding organization.
For specific services such as day-of coordination, thematic conceptualization, vendor research, or support, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the quote. The balance is due upon receipt of the service or product.

What is the difference between full planning and partial planning?
Have you already made some choices, booked your venue, and hired one or more vendors, but now you're starting to feel overwhelmed by the planning? No worries. We will review your progress, and I'll take over from there. Partial planning is essentially full planning minus the tasks you've already completed. I'll handle the rest so you can fully enjoy your event without any stress.

Do the prices include travel expenses?
My prices include travel expenses within a 75 km radius from my office, located in Nice. Beyond this distance, accommodation and transportation costs are the responsibility of the client.
For international clients, I exclusively organize weddings in France.

Do you work with specific vendors or can we choose our own?
Regarding vendors, I have a partnership with a graphic designer, Com'Leon. This is the only vendor I require if you desire sophisticated visual designs. All other vendors are selected based on your preferences. If you want to choose one or more vendors yourself, that's no problem. The cost of the service will be reduced since the time required for vendor research will be less.

Can you help create a theme or style for our wedding?
Once the quote is signed, a 1.5 hour appointment is scheduled between myself and the future spouses to establish in more detail the specifications and to explore the theme and style that will govern your wedding. No ideas? No problem! Using mood boards, we'll develop your desires and conceptualize the vision of your dreams. Anything is possible. The current trends may not necessarily reflect your personal style, and that's completely understandable.
Creating this theme is, in fact, a comprehensive service. If you only need help sparking your creativity, I can design a thematic reflection dossier for you. This includes ideas for furniture, DIY activities that align with the theme, and visual boards to help your vendors understand the aesthetic, such as your florist.

Can you organize weddings abroad?
Yes, everything is possible, even throughout France. The cost will just be higher.
In France, you'll need to budget for transportation and accommodation expenses for the wedding day and for two separate three-day periods during our collaboration, for two people.
Abroad, you'll need to budget for transportation and accommodation expenses for a duration of 7 to 10 days for two people.
For international clients, I exclusively organize weddings in France.

Do you offer planning services for bachelor/bachelorette parties and other events related to the wedding ?
Yes, in collaboration with your Wedding witness, I can propose options for transportation, accommodations, and activities for three different destinations, based on a defined budget. This service incurs an additional cost that you or your attendants can cover.
Similarly, I can organize events related to the wedding, such as the Sunday brunch or rehearsal dinner. These events are separate from your wedding budget. Please note, these are additional expenses that I can manage as an extra service.
